Fulfillment of Services:

Once a service (including but not limited to training plans, nutrition plans, coaching sessions, or check-ins) has been purchased and delivered digitally or scheduled, it is considered fulfilled.

You will receive confirmation of your service access via email and/or through our client platform.

Refund Policy:

Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. However, we understand that life happens and circumstances can change. Refunds or credits may be issued at the sole discretion of the trainer, depending on the situation.

Situations where a refund may be considered include, but are not limited to:

- Services not yet delivered or started

- Medical or life events that prevent participation

- Misunderstandings that are brought to our attention in a timely manner

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Decisions made by the trainer regarding refunds are final.

Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
