Count it, don't feel it

Today's Lesson: How the week felt and what you actually did are two different things.

You get to Sunday, take stock, and write the week off. It felt scattered, so it must have been bad.

Here is what actually happened: you trained twice, walked most days, and ate reasonably four nights out of seven. That is a perfectly decent week. It just didn't feel like one, because feelings average toward whatever went wrong most recently.

The Fix: count it instead of remembering it.

Sessions done. Days you walked. Meals with real protein in them. Three numbers, sixty seconds.

So before you write this week off, write it down. That's it.

That's today's lesson: Count the week. Don't ask how it felt.

Want to actually know what you're doing each week? Not a guess at the end of it, a number. Book 30 minutes with one of our coaches and we'll set up something simple enough that you'll keep it.

Pick a time

Already counting instead of guessing? Then you're ahead of most people. These lessons show up every day regardless.

P.S. Your memory is not a tracking app :)
