Online personal training is usually billed monthly, and the range is wide. At HPHGenetics it is $275.99, $399.99 or $999.99 per month, with weekly and every 2 weeks options and no contract.
The honest version of the answer is that price tracks human attention, not the number of workouts.
This is where most people compare wrong.
When you buy in-person sessions, you are buying supervised time inside the session. Two or three appointments a week is one to three hours of coaching. The other 165 hours, including every meal, every night of sleep and every decision made while tired, are yours to handle alone. In-person training has real advantages and hands-on coaching in the room is one of them. But the clock is the product.
Online coaching prices the other thing. A full program is built to cover the whole week:
That bundle is what the monthly fee buys. Whether it beats session-based training depends on which problem you actually have. If you know what to do and want supervision for an hour, you may not need any of this. If you have known what to do for years and have not done it, accountability is the part you have been missing, and it is the part worth paying for.
A weekly live call with a coach costs more than messaging alone, and both cost more than a program with no coach attached. This is the biggest driver, and the one most worth paying for if consistency is your problem.
An app that hands you a template sits at the bottom of the range. It works for self-starters. It does very little for people who need someone watching.
Full meal plans, unlimited live calls, DNA analysis and event-specific training all add to the number, because they add to the coach's time.
Some companies lock you into a term. We do not. Every HPHGenetics plan is no contract, cancel any time, and you can pay weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly.
Ask these of any coach, including us. The answers tell you more than the price does.
"Support included" is not an answer. Ask for a number and a channel.
A plan that never changes is a template.
This tells you whether accountability is real or advertised.
Get it in writing before you pay, not after.
Honest coaches have a list. Be careful with anyone who does not.
Published in plain sight, because you should not have to sit through a call to learn a number.

It varies widely, because "online coaching" covers everything from a downloadable PDF to daily contact with a coach who knows your name. The price tracks how much human attention you get, not how many workouts are in the program. At HPHGenetics it runs from $275.99 to $999.99 per month.
It depends on what you buy. Session-based training is priced by the hour and online coaching is priced by the month, so the comparison only works once you know how much contact is in each. Compare what is included, not just the number.
Because the same phrase describes an automated program and a real coach who checks in every week. Those are different products under one name. The range reflects how much of a coach's actual time you get.
Both. Every HPHGenetics plan can be paid monthly, every 2 weeks or weekly. Monthly costs the least over a year. There is no contract on any of them.
Sometimes. If you are consistent on your own and just need a better program, the lower tier is a reasonable buy. If you have started over more than twice, the cheapest option is usually the most expensive one, because you pay for it and still do not do it.
No. Programs are built around the equipment you already have, and many clients train at home with very little. If a piece of equipment would genuinely help, your coach will say so, and it is never required to start.
This page is general education, not medical advice. If you have an injury, a medical condition, or are pregnant, talk with your doctor before starting a new training program.
Answer ten short questions and a coach will tell you honestly which plan fits, or whether you need one at all.
