What we use it for
Your results are one more input your coach uses to build a plan that fits you. They help us make better choices about your training and nutrition, alongside what we learn from your goals, your schedule, your history and how your body responds week to week.
Your report also includes health-related information you can review with your doctor. We coach; we don't diagnose. We do not give medical advice based on your results.
The honest part
DNA does not do the work for you. Showing up, lifting, eating enough protein, sleeping and staying consistent are still what change your body. The DNA Program adds detail to a good plan. It is not a shortcut, and you do not need it to get results with us.
That is why it is optional, and why it comes with a real coach instead of a report you read once and forget.

What is the HPHGenetics Genetics DNA Program?
It is a one-time whole-genome DNA test and analysis for $849. You take a cheek swab at home, a CLIA-approved lab processes it, and your coach reviews your results with you on a Zoom call and uses them to help tailor your training and nutrition.
How long do results take?
Results arrive about 4 to 6 weeks after the lab receives your kit.
Is this a medical test? Will it diagnose anything?
No. We are coaches, not doctors. Your report includes health-related information you can review with your doctor, but we do not diagnose, treat or give medical advice based on it. We use your results for training and nutrition coaching.
What happens to my DNA sample and data?
Your sample is processed by a CLIA-approved lab and destroyed 90 days after the lab receives your kit. HPHGenetics does not sell or share your physical sample or genetic information with anyone.
Do I need the DNA Program to get results?
No. It is optional. Consistent training, enough protein, good sleep and a coach who keeps you accountable do most of the work. Your DNA results add detail to that plan. They do not replace it.
