Walking isn't the consolation prize

Today's Lesson: Walking is not what you do when you can't be bothered to train.

You count the lift. You don't count the four miles you covered across the week, because walking felt too easy to matter.

Here is what actually happened: those steps were doing real work the whole time. They just didn't feel like exercise, and somewhere along the way you were taught that only the hard stuff counts.

The Fix: put walking in the plan, not in the backup plan.

Twenty minutes after your biggest meal. A lap around the block between calls. Park at the far end of the lot on purpose.

So stop waiting for a workout you have time for, and take the walk you already have time for. That's it.

That's today's lesson: Walking counts. It always did.

Want a plan built around the time you actually have? Most weeks hold far more twenty-minute gaps than hour-long ones. Book 30 minutes with one of our coaches and we'll build around yours.

Start with a call

Already walking most days? Then you're doing the thing most people skip while they wait for a better week. These lessons keep coming either way.

P.S. Nobody has ever regretted the walk :)
