You don't have a knowledge problem
Today's Lesson: You already know what to do. That has never been the problem.
You've read the articles. You know protein matters, that you should be lifting, that sleep runs most of it. You could explain all of it to someone else tonight.
Here is what actually happened: every time you stalled, you went and collected more information. Learning feels like progress, and it asks nothing of you.
The Fix: stop adding knowledge. Add a witness.
Pick the one thing you already know you should be doing. Tell someone you're doing it. Then tell them whether you did.
So this week, don't read another thing. Do the thing you already know about, and say it out loud to someone. That's it.
That's today's lesson: The gap was never information. It's whether anyone is checking.
Want someone actually checking whether you did it? That is most of what I do. I'm ISSA certified and I've spent the last 4+ years helping people close exactly this gap. Book 30 minutes with one of our coaches and we'll look at what is really stopping you.
Already have someone holding you to it? That's the whole trick. These lessons keep coming either way.
P.S. Nobody ever read their way to being strong :)
