Why You Crave Snacks at 3 PM: Hunger or Thirst?

Today's Lesson: Half your "hunger" during the day might actually be thirst.

Every afternoon around 3, you get that urge to snack. You grab chips or a granola bar, eat the whole thing, and 20 minutes later you're still not satisfied.

Here is what actually happened: your brain reads dehydration and hunger almost the same way. You reached for food when your body was actually asking for water.

The Fix: drink a full glass of water first, then wait 10 minutes before deciding you're still hungry

Most days, the craving fades on its own. If it doesn't, then eat!

Today's Lesson: Drink water first, then decide if you're still hungry.

Now, if you're reading this struggling to reach your health goals, and you want a professional to look you in the eye about it:
